HA law was founded in 2011 by Patrick Walsh and Michael Roche.
We are a London based law firm which provides legal advice to both private individuals and businesses across a focused range of areas. As a new firm, we are free from the constraints of the tradition partner led law firm model and have adopted a novel flat structured approach. This leads to a higher level of client service and a more competitive fee structure.
We embrace technology and remote working and encourage our lawyers to build long term relationships with our clients. Our clients range from highly successful business owners and entrepreneurs to city financial and legal professionals.
